In today's lesson I made a power point on the filming process on the topic "It's Good To Talk".
Our group decided to change the name of the documentary to "Through The Ages" in order to make our documentary more eye catching, relating more to our theme on phones/technology.

Initial Brainstorm and Group Brainstorm Of Potential Documentary Ideas
In today's lesson I made a brainstorm of ideas that i could possibly use for my topic when making my own documentary. I then made a brainstorm with my group on what topics to do our documentary on.

In today's lesson I made a documentary with my group on the topic "Through The Ages".
Through The
Ages Documentary Analysis
Good points about my documentary:

There is a good variety of camera angles being used
throughout.
·
This documentary contains Archive Material.
·
The audio fades starts to fade out at the end of the
documentary which shows great use of editing techniques.
Bad Points about my documentary:
·
Some shots are out of focus when filming.
·
The music and the sound from the advert clashes
slightly therefore, making the speech from the documentary hard to hear.
·
There are people moving around in the background
during filming making it hard for the viewer to concentrate.
·
Voices are hard to hear due to the audio.
·
The Archive footage doesn't fit to screen.
·
Editing techniques are not complex.
The music throughout the documentary doesn't go as
well as it should.
